Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome and attend walk-in customers professionally.
- Understand customers’ requirements and suggest suitable lighting products.
- Explain product features, designs, pricing, and specifications.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist customers in selecting chandeliers, pendant lights, decorative lights, and other lighting products.
- Prepare quotations, generate bills, and follow up with potential customers.
- Maintain product displays and showroom cleanliness.
- Coordinate with the team to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic sales and customer-handling skills.
- Presentable personality with a positive attitude.
- Ability to convince customers and close sales.
- Basic computer knowledge and billing experience preferred.
