Job Title: Fashion Consultant / Retail Sales
Brand: Rustorange
Location: Greater Kailash, Delhi
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month (Negotiable, based on experience)
Experience: Minimum 1 years (Retail / Fashion / Ethnic Wear preferred)
Role Overview
Rustorange is looking for a confident and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive / Fashion
Consultant to join our Greater Kailash store. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of fashion,
excellent communication skills in English, and the ability to deliver a premium in-store
experience.
You will represent the brand on the shop floor—helping customers with styling, product
selection, and building long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
● Assist customers with product selection, styling advice, and fittings
● Provide detailed information about fabrics, designs, sizing, and care
● Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store growth
● Maintain visual merchandising and overall store aesthetics
● Handle billing, exchanges, and basic store operations
● Build strong rapport with customers to encourage repeat visits
● Coordinate with the team for stock management and daily reporting
Requirements
● Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales or fashion consulting
● Excellent spoken English (mandatory)
● Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills
● Interest in fashion, styling, and ethnic/contemporary wear
● Presentable, confident, and service-oriented
● Willing to work weekends and peak retail hours
