Job Title: IC (Individual Contributor) – Retail Sales

Location: All West Mumbai

Job Summary:

ORRA Fine Jewellery is looking for enthusiastic and presentable candidates for the Individual Contributor (IC) – Retail Sales role at Phoenix Mall, Bangalore. Freshers and experienced candidates with strong communication skills and a passion for customer service are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers in selecting jewellery and provide product information.

Deliver excellent customer service and create a premium shopping experience.

Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store sales.

Maintain product displays and store hygiene.

Build strong relationships with customers and handle queries professionally.

Requirements:

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Presentable personality with a customer-centric approach.

Interest in retail and luxury jewellery sales.
