About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our premium dry fruits (Kaaju Wala) store. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of dry fruits, nuts, and related products, along with excellent sales and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
Provide detailed information about various dry fruits such as cashews, almonds, pistachios, walnuts, raisins, figs, dates, and specialty gift packs
Recommend products based on customer needs, occasions, and budget
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Upsell premium products and festive gift hampers
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of the store
Ensure proper display and stocking of products
Monitor inventory levels and report shortages
Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS operations
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 1–3+ years of experience in dry fruits / grocery / FMCG retail sales
Strong knowledge of different varieties and quality grades of dry fruits
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge and billing software experience
Customer-focused with a positive attitude
Ability to work during weekends and festive seasons
