Key Responsibilities
Handle and convert online inquiries received through WhatsApp, website, social media, and other digital platforms.
Attend to walk-in customers at the showroom and provide product guidance.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable pump solutions.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
Coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team for order dispatch and delivery updates.
Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and closures.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Stay updated with product knowledge and competitor offerings
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in retail sales (preferably in hardware, electricals, pumps, or building materials).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to convert leads into confirmed sales.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, billing software, WhatsApp handling).
Customer-focused with a proactive approach.
