Sales Executive – Optical Store (Spexone, Nikol – Ahmedabad)

Job Title: Sales Executive – Optical Store
Location: Spexone, Nikol, Ahmedabad
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on Experience)
Experience: 6 Months – 5 Years
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Timing: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Job Summary

Spexone is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our optical store team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service while managing daily store operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting frames, sunglasses, contact lenses, and optical products.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable eyewear solutions.

• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.

• Maintain strong customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and repeat business.

• Manage store inventory, stock tracking, and product replenishment.

• Ensure proper display and organization of products in the showroom.

• Assist in billing, order processing, and delivery coordination.

• Coordinate with the optometrist and laboratory team for customer orders.

• Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and overall presentation.

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to store growth.

• Perform other day-to-day operational tasks related to optical store management.

Qualification
