Jewellery Salesman

📌 Job Summary:

Chandikala is looking for dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executives to deliver a premium in-store experience. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, and maintaining brand standards aligned with a luxury silver jewellery experience.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and warm manner

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery/products

• Explain product features, purity (92.5 silver), and pricing confidently

• Achieve monthly sales targets and upsell premium collections

• Maintain showroom display, hygiene, and visual merchandising standards

• Handle billing, basic inventory coordination, and product handling

• Build long-term relationships with customers for repeat business

• Promote ongoing offers, festive collections, and new launches

📊 Performance Expectations:

• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets

• Focus on high-value product selling (premium MC categories)

• Customer satisfaction and repeat client conversion

• Contribution towards old stock liquidation (if applicable)

👤 Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

• Experience: 0–3 years (Retail / Jewellery preferred)

• Strong communication skills (Hindi, Gujarati, basic English)

• Presentable personality with customer-handling skills

• Sales-driven mindset with willingness to learn
