Role Overview
We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to manage in-store customer interactions, drive sales, maintain store standards, and ensure a smooth shopping experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Customer Service
Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
Recommend suitable products based on customer needs, preferences, and budget.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Explain product features, quality, benefits, and pricing.
Handle customer queries, complaints, returns, and exchanges as per company policy.
Build positive customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases.
2. Store Operations
Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene, and visual merchandising standards.
Ensure products are properly displayed, arranged, and replenished.
Monitor stock availability and report inventory discrepancies.
Support stock receiving, tagging, and inventory audits.
Ensure all products are properly maintained and presented.
3. Billing & Inventory Management
Handle billing and payment transactions accurately.
Follow company procedures for cash handling and daily sales reporting.
Maintain accurate inventory records and report stock shortages or damages.
Coordinate with the Store Manager for stock replenishment.
4. Teamwork & Reporting
Coordinate with the Store Manager and team members to achieve store targets.
Follow assigned shifts, attendance, grooming, and workplace discipline standards.
Participate in product training and sales improvement initiatives.
Share customer feedback, product requests, and recurring concerns with the Store Manager.
