A Retail Sales Executive drives store revenue by providing exceptional customer service, boosting product sales, and maintaining store appearance.

Customer Engagement: Actively greet, assist, and advise customers, identifying their needs to recommend appropriate products or services.
Sales & Promotion: Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets, upselling/cross-selling, and promoting current campaigns, or loyalty programs.
Store Operations:
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-merchandised sales floor, including restocking shelves
.
Transaction Processing: Accurately handle cash and credit card transactions, returns, and exchanges using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
Inventory Management: Assist with receiving, unpacking, and monitoring inventory levels, reporting discrepancies to management.
Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.Communication: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales Ability: Proven experience in sales, with the ability to influence and negotiate.
Product Knowledge: Ability to quickly learn and demonstrate detailed product features.
Operational Skills: Basic math skills for handling transactions and proficiency in using POS systems.
