Job Overview

We are looking for a Retail Sales Executive to join our team at Defence Bakery Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will assist customers, provide product information, process transactions, and promote sales. This role requires a positive attitude, good communication skills, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service while managing day-to-day retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them with product inquiries and purchases.

• Provide accurate information on pricing, product features, and after-sales services.

• Promote and cross-sell products, informing customers about discounts and ongoing offers.

• Ensure shelves and racks are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.

• Handle merchandise returns and exchanges efficiently.

• Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless customer service.

• Share customer feedback with the Store Manager.

• Stay updated on new products, seasonal launches, and bakery offerings.

• Work towards achieving individual and store sales targets.

Job Requirements

• Minimum education: 12th Pass.

• 0 to 4 years of experience in retail, customer service, or sales (freshers are welcome).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic understanding of inventory management and billing procedures.

• Positive attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn and grow.
