Job Title: Executive - Pharmacy Operations

Location: Hyderabad | Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 6 Days a Week (Work from Office)

Work will involve travelling from office/warehouse to the pharmacies.

Department: Treatment Operations

Experience: 2-3 years of experience

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive – Pharmacy Operations to manage

day-to-day pharmacy operations. The role involves validating & processing medicine orders,

coordinating with pharmacy vendors and DTDC for timely dispatch, ensuring prescriptions are

fulfilled accurately, handling customer queries, maintaining operational records, and managing

monthly pharmacy invoice closure.

Key Responsibilities:

Pharmacy Operations

● Validate & process medicine orders based on prescriptions.

● Coordinate with pharmacy vendors for medicine availability and timely packing.

● Ensure medicines are dispatched accurately and on time.

● Coordinate with DTDC for daily shipments and delivery tracking.

Customer Support

● Handle customer queries related to medicine orders and deliveries.

● Provide timely updates on order status when a query is raised

Order & Invoice Management

● Ensure timely processing and closure of medicine orders.

● Verify invoices and complete billing reconciliation.

● Maintain accurate order and invoice records.

Reporting & Data Management

● Update daily order trackers and operational reports.

● Track pending orders and ensure timely closure.

Qualifications :

● Diploma in Pharmacy / Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)

● 2–3 years of experience in pharmacy operations or medicine fulfillment.

Skills & Competencies

● Good communication and coordination skills.

● Basic knowledge around medicines.

● Basic MS Excel and computer skills.

● Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

● Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
