About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our boutique in Jubilee Hills. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and leadership skills, a good understanding of premium retail, and the ability to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the boutique.

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets.

• Deliver a premium and personalised customer experience.

• Handle walk-in customers, enquiries, product recommendations, and sales.

• Maintain visual merchandising and ensure the store is presented to brand standards.

• Manage inventory, stock movement, replenishment, and regular stock checks.

• Monitor daily sales, revenue, targets, and store performance.

• Prepare and share daily/weekly sales and inventory reports.

• Handle billing, cash/card transactions, and ensure proper cash management.

• Coordinate with the head office, vendors, and other teams as required.

• Manage customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.

• Ensure proper opening and closing procedures and overall store discipline.

• Monitor housekeeping, product displays, and store hygiene.

• Support promotional activities, new launches, events, and festive campaigns.

• Ensure company policies and operational procedures are followed.

Candidate Profile

• 2–5 years of experience in retail, boutique, fashion, luxury, lifestyle, or premium brand stores.

• Strong sales and customer relationship skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication.

• Good team management and leadership abilities.

• Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented personality.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

• Basic knowledge of inventory and POS systems.

• Comfortable working weekends and during peak shopping periods.

• Candidates with experience handling premium/luxury clientele will be preferred.

Compensation

Salary: ₹35,000–₹80,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
