Operational Oversight: Monitor daily mall activities, including cleanliness, security, parking, and common area maintenance.
*Events & Promotions: Assist in coordinating mall marketing events, seasonal activations, and promotional activities.
*Reporting: Prepare daily reports regarding footfall, tenant operations, maintenance issues, and incident reports.
*Safety & Security: Ensure that all health, safety, and fire protocols are strictly followed by staff and tenants.
*Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with facility management teams (housekeeping, security, and technical staff) to ensure high standards of mall upkeep.
