Greet customers and understand their jewellery requirements and preferences.
Showcase jewellery collections, explain product features, quality, certifications, and pricing.
Assist customers in selecting suitable jewellery based on occasion, budget, and design preferences.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales service requests professionally.
Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer information.
Ensure jewellery displays are attractive, organized, and secure.
Support inventory management, stock checks, and product replenishment activities.
Stay updated on current jewellery trends, designs, gemstones, and precious metals.
Follow company policies related to sales, billing, security, and customer service.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
Prior experience in jewellery retail sales preferred.
Knowledge of gold, diamond, silver, and gemstone jewellery is an advantage.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
