Position: Jewellery Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets for gold, diamond, and silver jewellery

- Greet customers, understand requirements, and do product presentation and closing

- Build long-term relationships with HNI clients and ensure repeat business

- Handle billing, invoicing, and post-sales service in the system

- Maintain product knowledge on designs, karat, weight, stone quality, and pricing

- Coordinate with design and production teams for custom/bespoke orders

- Maintain CRM, follow up with leads, and manage customer database

- Ensure showroom display standards, inventory accuracy, and security protocols

- Promote new collections, offers, and schemes to walk-ins and existing clients

Requirements:

- 5+ years proven sales experience in jewellery retail/showroom

- Strong product knowledge of gold, diamond, polki, and bridal jewellery

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills

- Target-oriented with track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals

- Basic computer knowledge - Billing software, MS Excel, CRM

- Presentable personality with professional etiquette
