Key Responsibilities
• Handle counter sales of Gold & Diamond jewellery in the showroom.
• Assist customers in selecting jewellery according to their preferences, occasions, and budget.
• Provide accurate product information and explain jewellery designs, diamond details, gold purity, pricing, and related features.
• Build strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Achieve assigned individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the jewellery counter is clean and well organized.
• Handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, and support purchase decisions professionally.
