In-Shop Sales Executive – STUDIO DÈ LUXURY (West Patel Nagar, Delhi)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused In-Shop Sales Executive to join our team at STUDIO DÈ LUXURY, West Patel Nagar. The ideal candidate should be passionate about fashion and luxury products, capable of handling both offline and online sales, managing store operations, and assisting with our social media activities.

Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 (In-hand) + Growth Opportunities

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries and purchases.

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets through excellent customer service.

• Handle offline store sales as well as online sales through WhatsApp, Instagram, and other social media platforms.

• Respond to customer queries, share product details, and follow up with potential buyers.

• Create basic Instagram Stories, Reels, and posts (or assist in content creation) to promote products.

• Cross-sell products and inform customers about ongoing offers and discounts.

• Process billing, payments, exchanges, and returns accurately.

• Ensure shelves and displays are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.

• Manage inventory, stock updates, and coordinate with the team for replenishment.

• Maintain store cleanliness, product presentation, and overall store responsibilities.

• Share customer feedback with the Store Manager and contribute ideas to improve sales.

• Stay updated with new arrivals, product knowledge, and current fashion trends.

Job Requirements

• Graduate preferred.

• 6 months – 1 year of experience in retail sales, fashion, or customer service.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Basic knowledge of Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and social media selling.

• Familiarity with billing and inventory procedures is a plus.

• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Candidate should be responsible, punctual, and capable of independently handling store operations when required.
