We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Retail Sales Associate to join us. In this role, you will be the face —welcoming customers, presenting our latest clothing and accessories collections, offering personalised styling advice, and driving store sales. If you have a passion for fashion, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong sales focus, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Greet incoming customers warmly, build rapport, and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
Product Presentation: Showcase clothing, footwear, and accessories, highlighting fabric quality, fit, style trends, and product care.
Sales Generation: Assist customers in selecting items, suggest cross-selling accessories, and actively work toward achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
Store Operations: Process customer purchases at the register accurately using our POS system.
Visual Merchandising: Maintain sales floor aesthetics, restock inventory, and ensure display mannequins and racks are neatly organized.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: Prior experience in retail sales, fashion, or customer service preferred.
Skills: Strong communication, active listening, and persuasion skills.
Knowledge: Familiarity with current fashion trends, apparel styles, and accessories.
Flexibility: Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
