We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team of Prakash Industries in indore In this role, you will drive revenue by promoting and selling our high-quality plastic furniture line (including molded chairs, stools, storage baskets, and household furniture) to B2B clients, retail distributors, wholesalers, and institutional buyers.
The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, a proven track record in manufacturing or consumer goods sales, and the hustle required to expand our market footprint.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
New Market Acquisition: Identify and pitch to potential new clients, including retail furniture showrooms, corporate offices, educational institutions, event planners, and wholesale distributors.
Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture existing dealer/distributor networks to ensure repeat business, brand loyalty, and consistent order placement.
Product Demonstration: Educate clients on the unique selling propositions (USPs) of our products, such as durability, weather resistance, ergonomic design, and cost-effectiveness.
Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor pricing, new product launches, and market trends to provide actionable feedback to the product and management teams.
Logistics: Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of goods
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 1 or above years of experience in B2B sales, FMCG, or durable consumer goods (experience specifically in the plastic molded furniture or hardware industry is a major plus).
Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Communication: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region to meet clients and visit retail hubs.
