About the Role:
Decorum Furniture is looking for a proactive and organized Sales Executive / Telecaller to manage incoming leads, connect with potential clients, and maintain strong follow-up communication. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to convert inquiries into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Contact and engage with new leads generated through calls, website inquiries, social media, and other marketing channels.
• Maintain a detailed record of all leads, conversations, and follow-up activities in CRM software or Excel sheets.
• Schedule and conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
• Understand customer requirements and explain company products and services effectively.
• Track lead status and ensure timely responses to customer inquiries.
Requirements:
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, lead generation, or sales will be preferred.
• Knowledge of furniture, interior design, hospitality, or related industries will be an added advantage.
