Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop distributor and dealer networks across assigned territories.

• Drive primary and secondary sales through distributors.

• Identify and onboard new distributors, dealers and retail partners.

• Manage distributor targets, schemes, margins, stock and collections.

• Ensure optimum inventory availability and proper stock rotation.

• Develop market-wise distribution and sales strategies.

• Monitor sales performance, market coverage and distribution reach.

• Build strong relationships with distributors, dealers and retailers.

• Conduct regular market visits and analyze competitor activities.

• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Finance and Marketing teams.

• Ensure timely order execution, billing and payment collection.

• Prepare regular MIS and sales reports for management.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
