We are a reputed sweets and confectionery business in Delhi and are looking for a Customer Handling Executive for our Ashok Vihar outlet. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer orders, especially bhaji orders, and resolving customer queries to ensure a smooth and pleasant customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Take and manage bhaji and counter orders (in-person / phone)
Attend customers politely and understand their requirements
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues calmly and efficiently
Coordinate with kitchen and counter staff for timely order preparation
Ensure billing accuracy and basic order documentation
Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the customer handling area
Provide information about products, offers, and pricing
