Counter Salesperson

Experience:

1–2 Years

Salary:

Depends on experience and interview performance

Job Responsibilities:

Attend and assist walk-in customers at the showroom
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable jewellery products
Explain product features, designs, pricing, and offers to customers
Maintain excellent customer service and relationship management
Handle billing coordination and showroom support activities
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of display counters
Achieve sales targets assigned by the management
Coordinate with team members for smooth showroom operations

Skills Required:

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Presentable personality and customer-handling ability
Basic knowledge of retail sales and customer service
Confidence in dealing with customers
Ability to work in a team environment

Preferred Candidates:

Candidates from jewellery, retail, fashion, showroom, or luxury sales background
Immediate joiners will be preferred
