Sales & Customer Service:
• Greet and assist customers in a polite and professional manner
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable cakes, pastries, and bakery products
• Upsell premium products, add-ons, and seasonal offerings
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
Billing & Cash Handling:
• Handle billing through POS system accurately
• Accept payments via cash, card, UPI, and other digital modes
• Maintain proper cash balance and ensure zero discrepancies
• Generate invoices and provide receipts to customers
Store Operations:
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the counter and display area
• Ensure proper display and replenishment of bakery products
• Coordinate with kitchen team for stock availability and custom orders
• Follow opening and closing procedures of the store
Order Management:
• Take and manage custom cake orders (birthdays, events, etc.)
• Record customer details and delivery timelines accurately
• Coordinate with production team to ensure timely delivery
