🚨 Immediate Hiring – Counter Sales Executive

Position: Counter Sales Executive
Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Job Location: Khasra No. 1122, Rithala, Rohini, New Delhi

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and confident Counter Sales Executive to handle customers at our showroom and convert walk-in enquiries into sales.

The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of previous experience specifically in counter sales and should be comfortable dealing with customers, handling negotiations, and closing sales.

Freshers are strictly not eligible.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle walk-in customers at the showroom.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

• Handle customer bargaining and negotiate prices effectively.

• Convince customers and convert enquiries into confirmed sales.

• Maintain excellent customer relationships and provide a professional buying experience.

• Follow up with customers whenever required.

• Coordinate with other branches and sales teams.

• Maintain basic sales records and customer information.

• Be willing to travel to different NCR branches as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Counter Sales is mandatory.

• Strong negotiation and convincing skills.

• Excellent customer-handling skills.

• Good communication skills.

• Good English speaking skills are mandatory.

• Good English typing skills are mandatory.

• Should be confident, presentable, and professionally mannered.

• Should be target-oriented and capable of closing sales.

• Should be comfortable handling customers who bargain.

• Freshers are strictly not eligible.

• Candidates should preferably be from Rohini or nearby areas for convenient commuting.

🚗 NCR Branch Travel Requirement

The primary job location will be our Rithala, Rohini showroom.

However, the selected candidate must be willing to visit our different NCR branches approximately 3 times per week, including locations such as:

• Gurgaon

• Noida

• Faridabad

• Ghaziabad

• Other NCR locations as required

Transportation expenses for travel between company branches will be provided by the company.

Candidates applying for this position must therefore be comfortable travelling between NCR branches whenever required.

Candidate Preference

Male candidates preferred for this field/branch-travel-oriented role.

Candidates from Rohini and nearby areas will be preferred.
