Counter Sales Executive – Jewellery Brand
Job Overview
We are looking for a Counter Sales Executive for a reputed jewellery brand. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their requirements, showcasing jewellery products, and driving sales at the store.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers visiting the store.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
Explain product features, designs, pricing, offers, and other details.
Handle customer queries and provide an excellent in-store experience.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to store revenue.
Maintain proper product display and store presentation.
Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits.
Handle billing and basic store operations as required.
Maintain awareness of current jewellery trends and products.
Candidate Requirements
6 months of experience in the Jewellery industry preferred.
Candidates with 1 year of experience in Apparel, Watches, or Electronics can also apply.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Strong convincing and selling abilities.
Presentable personality with a customer-focused approach.
Target-oriented and willing to work in a retail/store environment.
Freshers may not be preferred; relevant retail sales experience is required.
