Job Description:

We are looking for a friendly and energetic Counter Sales Executive to handle walk-in customers, explain products, and close sales at the counter.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Greet customers and understand their requirements
Explain product details, pricing, and offers clearly
Handle counter sales and generate bills/invoices
Collect payments (cash / card / UPI) and maintain accuracy
Maintain daily sales records and cash balance
Ensure proper display and cleanliness of the counter area
Coordinate with store staff for stock availability
Resolve basic customer queries and complaints politely

Required Skills:

Good communication and customer-handling skills
Basic billing and cash-handling knowledge
Willingness to learn product details
Positive attitude and sales-oriented mindset
Ability to work in shifts and on weekends
