Counter Sales Executive

About the Opportunity

We are actively hiring a hands-on and result-oriented Manager & Sales Executives for our outlet at Indira Gandhi International Airport, Terminal 3. This is a high-responsibility role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, 24×7 operational environment and has a strong background in F&B or Retail management.

What We're Looking For

• Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree (mandatory)

• 3–5 years of experience in F&B or Retail Operations

• Prior experience managing a team of 5 or more staff members

• Comfortable with 24×7 roster planning and rotational/flexible shifts

• Basic proficiency in MS Excel for reporting purposes

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth shift handovers with zero gaps in coverage

• Handle daily cash reconciliation and maintain inventory control

• Plan and monitor team targets and productivity on a regular basis

• Conduct training sessions on product knowledge, POS systems, and SOPs

• Ensure full adherence to airport compliance norms and service standards

• Prepare and submit operational reports using Excel
