Job Summary

Koja is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our retail store in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience, driving store sales, and building strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their requirements.

• Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on their needs and preferences.

• Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.

• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, offers, and other relevant information.

• Maintain strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.

• Handle customer queries and provide effective solutions.

• Maintain proper product displays and ensure the store is well-presented.

• Support inventory checks, stock replenishment, and basic store operations.

• Maintain accurate sales records and assist with billing when required.

• Follow company policies, sales processes, and customer-service standards.

• Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and competitor offerings.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, showroom sales, lifestyle, fashion, skincare, make-up or a related industry preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong customer-handling and convincing abilities.

• Target-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.

• Presentable and professional personality.

• Ability to work effectively in a retail/store environment.

• Basic knowledge of computers and billing/POS systems is preferred.
