रिटेल सेल्स एग्जीक्यूटिव

We are looking for a Retail Sales Executive – Sarees & Ethnic Wear to work from our office at Golden I, Techzone 4, Greater Noida West.

The role involves managing and selling an existing collection of approximately 200 sarees. The person will first help photograph and catalogue the complete inventory, and then actively work on finding customers and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Photograph sarees and create the initial inventory catalogue.

• Assign product codes and maintain details such as colour, fabric/type, price and availability in Excel/Google Sheets.

• Handle customer enquiries and follow-ups through WhatsApp and phone.

• Show and sell sarees directly to customers.

• Actively find new buyers instead of depending only on incoming enquiries.

• Approach residential societies, exhibitions, pop-ups, boutiques and resellers where relevant.

• Maintain accurate records of inventory, customer orders, payments, returns and completed sales.

• Give a simple daily update on customer conversations, leads and sales.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Previous experience in sarees, ethnic wear, women's fashion, boutique retail, jewellery or a similar customer-facing sales role is preferred.

• Comfortable speaking with customers in Hindi.

• Basic English is sufficient.

• Comfortable using WhatsApp, a smartphone and basic Excel/Google Sheets.

• Should be confident with outbound sales and customer follow-ups.

• Should be organised and able to handle stock responsibly.

• Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.

Salary: ₹15,000 fixed per month + 5% of realised sales as incentive.

The sales incentive is calculated on the amount actually received from customers after discounts, cancellations and returns.

Work Location: Golden I, Techzone 4, Greater Noida West
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Working Days: 5 days a week
Employment: Full-time, with an initial 30-day paid trial.
