Job description

We Are Hiring Counter Sales Executive

Location: Kolkata

Industry: Jewellery / Fashion Retail

Experience: Minimum 1 year in counter sales (jewellery/fashion retail preferred)

Qualification: 12th pass or Graduate (with relevant sales experience)

Language: Fluent in English & local language (mandatory)

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Counter Sales Executives to join a leading jewellery & fashion retail brand. You will be responsible for assisting customers at the counter, driving sales, ensuring excellent service, and maintaining store presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers at the counter with product selection

Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and effective customer engagement

Provide product knowledge and explain features, benefits, and pricing

Ensure billing accuracy and support cashiering when required

Maintain counter display, visual merchandising, and stock availability

Handle customer queries and resolve concerns politely and professionally

Support the store team in achieving sales targets

Candidate Profile

Minimum 1 year of experience in counter sales (jewellery or Fashion)

Good communication and convincing skills

Customer-oriented with a confident, presentable personality

Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

Strong sales attitude with target-driven mindset
