Candidate should be excellent command in customer dealing

Salary – 15,000/- to 17,000/-

Location- Kolkata

Job Responsibility

· Sales Achievement:

Meeting and exceeding sales targets through effective customer engagement and sales strategies.

· Customer Service:

Providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues

· Relationship Building:

Developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

· Product Knowledge:

Maintaining thorough knowledge of the product range to effectively advise customers

· Inventory Management:

Ensuring accurate stock levels and managing inventory effectively.

· Staff Management:

Supervising and motivating retail staff, ensuring they provide excellent service.

· Merchandising:

Ensuring the store is visually appealing and organized, including arranging displays and maintaining a clean sales floor.

· Reporting and Analysis:

Tracking sales performance, identifying trends, and reporting to management

· Marketing and Promotions:

Participating in promotional events and marketing activities to increase sales and foot traffic.
