. Customer Handling & Enquiry Management Welcome and professionally attend all showroom walk-in customers. Understand the customer's requirements, budget, preferred model and purchase timeline. Attend enquiries received through telephone, website, digital platforms, referrals and other sources. Enter and update all customer enquiries in the prescribed CRM/DMS system. Respond to fresh leads promptly and maintain regular follow-up. Explain the complete purchase process clearly to customers. Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach throughout the sales process. B. Product Presentation Maintain excellent knowledge of all KIA models, variants, features, specifications and benefits. Explain vehicle features, technology, safety, performance, comfort and convenience features to customers. Conduct professional vehicle walk-arounds and product demonstrations. Explain variant-wise differences and help customers select the appropriate vehicle. Keep updated regarding new model launches, price revisions, offers, schemes and promotional campaigns. Maintain awareness of major competitor models, features and pricing.
