We are looking for a Assistant Store Incharge to join our team at D.a. Enterprises to assist shoppers, provide product information, process transactions, and promote sales. The role requires a positive attitude and managing responsibilities like stocking shelves, managing transactions, and delivering excellent customer service. The role offers an in-hand salary of ₹ 20,000 - ₹ 25,000 with growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
### Key Responsibilities – Assistant Store Incharge
* Manage daily store operations, including picking, packing, putaway, GRN and order processing.
* Supervise store staff, manage shift allocation, attendance and ensure proper work discipline.
* Monitor operational KPIs like PPI, Fill Rate, GRN and order processing TAT to achieve daily targets.
* Ensure proper inventory management, stock accuracy, expiry checks and damage control.
* Maintain store hygiene, housekeeping, product arrangement and overall operational standards.
* Handle daily operational issues, prepare shift reports and ensure smooth store functioning in coordination with the Store Incharge.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 1 - 6+ years of experience. The responsibility includes achieving sales targets, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with inventory procedures.
