Role overview
Manage showroom walk-ins, guide customers through furniture and interior products, and convert enquiries into sales.
Key responsibilities
· Attend walk-in customers and understand their requirements, preferences and budgets.
· Explain product features, materials, prices and customization options where available.
· Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries and convert leads into sales.
· Maintain showroom displays and coordinate customer orders and deliveries.
· Build customer relationships and work toward assigned sales targets.
Candidate requirements
Prior experience in furniture, interiors or home décor showroom sales; customer handling, communication and negotiation skills.
