The Store Manager will be responsible for the overall performance of the store, including sales growth, team management, customer experience, inventory control, and compliance with company SOPs. The role requires strong leadership, operational discipline, and a customer-first mindset.
Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the outlet
Drive store sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer escalations effectively
Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise store staff
Monitor staff performance and conduct regular reviews and follow-ups
Maintain inventory levels, reduce wastage/shrinkage, and ensure stock accuracy
Ensure adherence to company SOPs, hygiene, safety, and statutory compliance
Handle cash management, billing accuracy, and daily sales reports
Coordinate with HO teams for supply chain, marketing, and promotions
Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained as per brand guidelines
Strong leadership and people management skills
Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset
Excellent communication and customer handling skills
Good understanding of retail operations, inventory, and POS systems
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and peak business hours
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
3–6 years of experience in retail store operations
Prior experience as Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager preferred
Experience in retail, FMCG, QSR, café, or lifestyle brands is an advantage
