CoHire is looking for a Recruitment Associate to support end-to-end hiring operations across multiple client mandates. The role involves candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination and stakeholder management for frontline and mid-level hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn and internal databases

Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication

Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Requirements

0–2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience

Strong communication and coordination skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
