About the Role

We are hiring Recruiters for bulk hiring of Paytm Field Sales Executives across multiple locations in India.

This is a full-time work-from-home opportunity for confident, target-driven professionals looking for long-term growth in recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

- Post jobs on assigned job portals

- Source candidates from portals and databases

- Screen candidates as per eligibility

- Conduct initial telephonic discussions

- Coordinate interviews

- Follow up for documentation and joining

- Ensure candidates complete 10+ working days

- Maintain hiring trackers and daily reports

- Achieve monthly target of 25+ active candidates

Salary Structure (Hybrid Model)

Option 1: Fixed Salary + Incentive

- Fixed Salary: Rs. 10,000 per month

- Incentive: Rs. 100 per active candidate

- Fixed salary applicable only if 25+ active candidates are maintained

- Active candidate must complete 10+ working days

Option 2: Per Candidate Payout

- Applicable if 25+ target is not achieved

- Payout: Rs. 600 per active candidate

- Active candidate must complete 10+ working days

Incentive Payout Cycle

- Incentives calculated every 3 months

- Paid after 90 days from candidate’s joining date

- Single consolidated payout

Selection Process

1. Interview

2. Hiring Confirmation Email with Terms and Conditions

3. Immediate onboarding

4. Appointment Letter after first 25 active candidates complete 10+ days
