Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Attraction:
Write job descriptions, post openings, use social media (LinkedIn, etc.), professional platforms, and networks to find candidates, crafting outreach emails.
Screening & Interviewing:
Review applications, conduct initial phone/video screenings, schedule interviews, and use assessments (logic, skills).
Selection & Offer:
Provide shortlists to managers, coordinate further interviews, negotiate salaries, and extend job offers.
Candidate Management:
Maintain communication, provide a positive experience, and manage candidate records in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Strategy & Branding:
Develop recruitment strategies, stay updated on market trends, and support the company's employer brand.
Onboarding Support:
Assist with the initial onboarding process for new hires.
