Job Summary
The Senior HR Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, statutory compliance, and employee engagement initiatives. The role also includes ensuring effective implementation and compliance with the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) policy and related legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
Maintain recruitment databases and hiring reports.
Ensure smooth induction and orientation of new employees.
2. Employee Lifecycle Management
Handle employee onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Manage attendance, leave records, and employee data in HRMS.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
Address employee grievances and provide appropriate resolutions.
Foster a positive work environment and employee satisfaction.
Organize employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and recognition initiatives.
Conduct employee feedback surveys and action planning.
4. Performance Management
Coordinate performance appraisal cycles.
Support managers in goal setting and performance reviews.
Track employee development plans and training needs.
5. HR Compliance & Statutory Requirements
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Coordinate audits and maintain statutory records.
Support payroll inputs and compliance documentation.
Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and procedures.
POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) Implementation Responsibilities
Policy Management
Ensure the organization's POSH policy is updated and communicated to all employees.
Facilitate policy awareness and accessibility across all locations.
Internal Committee (IC) Coordination
Support the constitution and functioning of the Internal Committee as per legal requirements.
Maintain records related to committee appointments and tenure.
Coordinate meetings and documentation for the Internal Committee.
Awareness & Training
Conduct regular POSH awareness sessions for employees.
Organize specialized training programs for managers and Internal Committee members.
Ensure completion of mandatory POSH training during employee induction.
Complaint Management Support
Assist in receiving and documenting complaints while maintaining confidentiality.
Coordinate investigation processes as directed by the Internal Committee.
Maintain case records and ensure compliance with prescribed timelines.
Reporting & Compliance
Prepare annual POSH reports and maintain statutory records.
Coordinate submission of reports to relevant authorities, where applicable.
Track compliance metrics and training completion status.
Workplace Culture
Promote a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace environment.
Drive initiatives focused on dignity at work and prevention of workplace harassment.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
POSH certification or relevant compliance training is desirable.
Experience
4–8 years of experience in Human Resources.
Experience handling employee relations, compliance, and POSH implementation.
Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.
