Placement Coordinator – JD Summary

Manage corporate hiring requirements and understand job specifications.
Match suitable student profiles from the placement database.
Screen resumes and submit shortlisted candidates to employers.
Coordinate interviews and communicate schedules with students and companies.
Prepare candidates through interview briefings and follow-ups.
Track the complete recruitment pipeline from profile submission to joining.
Maintain accurate placement records, databases, and documentation.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly placement reports and analytics.
Coordinate with Corporate Relations and Backend teams for smooth hiring operations.
Ensure timely updates, stakeholder communication, and adherence to placement timelines.

Required Skills

Recruitment operations and candidate shortlisting
Resume screening and interview coordination
Advanced MS Excel, Google Sheets & Google Workspace
CRM knowledge (preferred)
Strong communication, organization, analytical thinking, and multitasking

Qualification & Experience

Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
1–3 years in Recruitment, HR Operations, Placement Operations, Talent Acquisition, or related fields
