We are looking for a motivated and organized HR Executive to handle day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, attendance, employee engagement, documentation, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and coordination skills.⸻Key Responsibilities: • Handle end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding) • Maintain employee attendance and leave records • Prepare and manage HR documents such as appointment letters, experience letters, etc. • Assist in payroll processing and maintaining employee database • Manage employee grievances and maintain a positive work culture • Coordinate with different departments for manpower and administrative requirements • Support in training & performance appraisal processes • Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed as per company standards⸻Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field • 0–2 years of experience in HR (freshers with good communication skills can also apply) • Knowledge of MS Office and basic HR software tools • Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
