Responsibilities –
• Handle end-to-end recruitment process — sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview scheduling and follow-ups.
• Source candidates through various channels – job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna etc.), social media, referrals and internal databases.
• Understand job descriptions and client requirements thoroughly to identify the right talent fit.
• Conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews to assess candidates’ suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring roles.
• Support the HR team in other related tasks as required.
