We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and help attract top talent to our growing organization. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates across various functions and levels. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for multiple roles simultaneously

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define job descriptions

• Source candidates using various channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and databases

• Conduct initial screenings, assess candidate qualifications, and schedule interviews

• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and hiring teams

• Enhance employer branding through social media and other platforms

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• Minimum 6 months of 2 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

• Solid understanding of recruitment techniques, sourcing tools

• Experience hiring for both technical and non-technical roles preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency with recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and job boards
