Key Responsibilities -
Sourcing & Talent Acquisition: Design compelling job descriptions, post vacancies on portals (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed), and actively hunt for passive talent.
Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, coordinate technical assessments, and arrange interviews with department managers.
Offer Negotiation: Present offers, negotiate compensation and benefits, and close candidates efficiently.
On boarding: Facilitate initial paperwork, orientation, and integration of new hires into the company.
