The HR Manager will be responsible for end-to-end Human Resource Management, ensuring disciplined workforce operations, strong recruitment pipelines, employee engagement, and performance-driven culture across all departments and project sites. The role involves strategic planning, policy enforcement, and people management to align with DNR’s organizational goals.
Design and document SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for HR, Admin, Recruitment, Approvals, and Communication Flow
Identify manual tasks and introduce automation tools / software solutions (Attendance, Timesheets, Reporting formats, Performance review tools, etc.)
Coordinate with management to implement structured systems across departments and track adoption
Draft, implement, and enforce HR policies, SOPs, and code of conduct.
Drive professional communication culture across WhatsApp / Email / Reporting Channels.
Mediate conflicts / escalations and ensure fair resolution.
Manage end-to-end hiring for office and site-based roles.
Coordinate job postings, screening, interviews, reference checks, and offer roll-outs.
Ensure structured onboarding and induction for new employees.
Attendance & Compliance Management
Monitor attendance, leave management, discipline tracking.
Ensure statutory compliance (ESI, PF, Minimum Wages, Labour Law Registers).
Maintain updated employee records and documentation.
Implement KPI / KRA tracking system for employees.
Coordinate with department heads to review weekly and monthly performance reports.
Support appraisal cycles, promotions, and corrective actions.
Payroll Coordination
Coordinate salary structures, incentives, and reimbursements with Accounts team.
Track site allowances
Employee Engagement & Retention
Conduct periodic feedback sessions, grievance handling, and counselling.
Plan team-building activities, recognition programs, and training initiatives.
Skills Required:
