Job Description:
Mangala Traders is looking for a committed and energetic HR Generalist to join our team in Trichy. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about building their career in HR and Administration, with the willingness to take ownership and grow with the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment of skilled and unskilled employees.

• HR administration including attendance, leave, and employee records.

• Handling PF, ESI, and statutory compliance.

• Conflict resolution and attrition management.

• Supporting management in smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

• Any degree is mandatory; BBA graduates preferred.

• Knowledge of PF, ESI, and HR practices is essential.

• Strong system knowledge (MS Office and HR software).

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Preference for male candidates with experience in the textile industry.

• Candidates from Trichy are highly preferred.
