About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter (Fresh Graduate) to join our HR team in the automotive industry. The role will primarily focus on supporting the recruitment and selection process for various technical, non-technical, and shop-floor positions. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate passionate about HR to begin their career in a dynamic and fast-paced automotive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.

• Work with job portals, social media, and internal databases to identify potential candidates.

• Coordinate and communicate with candidates for interview scheduling and joining formalities.

• Support the HR team in maintaining recruitment trackers, reports, and documentation.

• Assist in campus recruitment drives and job fairs.

• Handle pre-boarding and onboarding activities for new joiners.

• Maintain candidate data and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Collaborate with line managers and understand manpower requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree

• Fresh graduates or up to 6 months of experience in recruitment/HR.

• Knowledge of recruitment processes and HR basics preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Eager to learn and adapt to the automotive industry environment.
