Looking for an experienced HR Recruiter / HR Executive who can handle BULK HIRING for Call Centre, Telecalling, Collections & Recovery profiles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bulk Hiring for Call Centre & BPO profiles.

• Recruitment of Telecalling, Collections & Recovery Executives.

• Candidate sourcing through Job Hai, Naukri, Indeed, WhatsApp and references.

• Resume screening and initial HR interviews.

• Schedule interviews and manage candidate follow-ups.

• Ensure maximum candidate joining within deadlines.

• Handle urgent hiring requirements and recruitment targets.

• Maintain daily recruitment reports and joining records.

• Provide quality candidates as per business requirements.
