Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop white-label business opportunities with new and existing clients.
Build long-term relationships with start-ups, established brands, and distributors in the herbal & cosmetic sector.
Conduct market research to spot trends in herbal, organic, and cosmetic products.
Collaborate with the R&D team to propose product ideas and customization options for clients.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, trade shows, and promotional events to generate leads.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales forecasts; track performance metrics.
Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth onboarding of new white-label partners.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in B2B sales or marketing, preferably in herbal, cosmetic, FMCG, or contract/white-label manufacturing.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of branding, packaging, and product development processes.
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and exhibitions.
